the 10/10 gateway is a great time of new beginnings, a perfect poignant time to connect, to breathe, to clear & to manifest  through the supreme power of the Heart.

So let's dive into a full breathwork session to shift into higher consciousness

The Breath we shall dive into is a 3 part connected conscious breath which has been used for rebirthing ourselves into nez realities for centuries but has made a big come back in recent years. This simple 3-part breathing technique is the foundation of this style of Breathwork, a type of active breathing that can unwind chronically held tension in the body and nervous system while catalyzing expanded states of consciousness.

With the pressure of life & this timeline on Earth, heavy feels, fears & anxious thoughts may have set in for you

what do you need to set up on your side?

A comfortable  nest, preferably on the floor with layers for comfort, I recommend to abstain from using a pillow under your head but instead one under your knees! Have an eye pillow if you wish to help you sink deeper into the experience & your headphones on so you can hear the music & my guidance clearly.
