The Breath we shall dive into will be channeled on the evening, as the energy comes in, we can go through a variety of breathing techniques from a 3 part connected conscious breath which has been used for rebirthing ourselves into nez realities for centuries but has made a big come back in recent years, to shamanic serpent breath, to heart-womb connection breath, to good old pranayam.... Breathwork, a type of active breathing that can unwind chronically held tension in the body and nervous system while catalyzing expanded states of consciousness.
