Our Sunrise Vibe is starting again!
Lets meet weekly as a community to breathe, to clear, to set our frequency togthere through Sound Medicine, Energy Clearing guided Meditations & gently, grounded Breath work
Meet in at Kropp Park, North End of Pacific Parade, Currumbin, on top of the hill overlooking Flat Rock, bring a cushion/chair to sit on, a throw to snuggle in & swimmers if you wish to finish our practice with a swim in the ocean!
