Let’s gather for the final solar eclipse of the year as the proud sun and mood-ruling moon conjunct in balanced Libra for a 2hr ECLIPSE RESET journey…
We shall sit in sacred circle & share all of the opportunities this eclipse brings for each one of us & all of its tribulations…
Set our divine intention & start our process to reset ourselves
A Breathing + Movement practice which shall liberate ourselves from the restrictions we carry, releasing the razor's edges & help us expand & open our doorways so we can then lay down & receive Sound Medicine to further our connection to ourselves, our spirit & our calling.
Bring your Journal + pen, a water bottle & your comforts… Yoga mat, cushions, throw, pillows.
