That state of "separation" when the body, the mind and the soul are not working in alignment, not communicating efficiently with one another so it cannot flow & transpire health & vibrancy! As a result of "separation" we experience a disconnection to self (body/mind or soul)... 

In a modern world which encourages & promotes disconnection its easy to fall into the traps that have been set for us to fall into...

Of course they want us disconnected... 🫣

So we can participate MORE into the illusions the matrix creates & feed the system, get sicker & more addicted to shit... Big pharma, sugar, gmo...
