The uterus is an emotionally responsive organ, both sensitive and powerful.
 With the many changes throughout our lifetime, as women, more often than not women become disconnected to this part of themselves which can create imbalance: from painful periods, to fertility issues, to difficult menopause, hysterectomy, painful sex and more. Not to mention the emotional effects all of tghe wounds the womb is holding.
 Yet the womb carries on…

How to start the walk back to self & reclaim our Womb Wisdom?

Through our experience together we will expereince self-care womb massage of the abdomen, reclaiming our connection to our centre, awakening our life force energy through traditional feminine embodiement methods & shamanically journeying through our Womb.

Your Body always Has The Answer.... Can we deeply listen to the whispers of our Womb?

Massaging our bellies is a beautiful self honoring way to explore our own belly, its gurgles, its hesitations, its resistance, its invitation. 


To listen with our hands and breath, we can bring ourselves into a centred, calm and vital body, which ripples out into the rest of our lives and interactions.

what do you need to set up on your side?

A comfortable  nest, preferably on the floor with layers for comfort, I recommend to abstain from using a pillow under your head but instead one under your knees!  A massage oil or balm of your choice, some essential oils burning in the background... Have an eye pillow if you wish to help you sink deeper into the experience & your headphones on so you can hear the music & my guidance clearly.
